If you are unhappy with your product you may return this to us within 14 days for a refund. Please note we do not cover the costs of returning the item to us.

We recommend sending the item via a recorded delivery method to allow you to track it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for returned goods that never reach our warehouse or are damaged during their return.

MJ Exclusive watches

All MJ Exclusive watches come with a limited warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects for two years after the original purchase date.

This means that if the watch parts or mechanics fail to work properly, and it’s our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free.

The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt or order number.
